Raspberry and chocolate is one of my all time favourite combos and using these two for snacks has become a thing in my page.

This is my latest creation using St Dalfour Raspberry and pomegranate fruit spread, a delicious compliment into your sweet snacks. Puffed quinoa gives these a delicious crunch and of course drizzle of peanut butter.

Here are the ingredients you will need:

  • 40g semisweet dark chocolate
  • 30g puffed quinoa
  • Raspberry and pomegranate fruit spread
  • Peanut butter to drizzle

Method:

  1. in a large bowl add the puffed quinoa, melt the chocolate and add to the quinoa, mix well until the quinoa is coated in the chocolate
  2. Using an ice tray or your preferred mould add some of the quinoa mix, add some jam in the middle and top with more quinoa
  3. Leave in the fridge for around an hour so it sets
  4. Remove from fridge, drizzle peanut butter and enjoy!
