✅ Easy to make  ✅ High Protein

Most of you might know the traditional rice Krispy treats and however delicious they are they could be quite sugary. So I am sharing a different way to make treats but using more natural ingredients still packed with flavour and delicious!

This flavour combo is a classic favourite and the texture of these little snacks is chewy and sweet, super easy to make.

Here are the ingredients you will need:

  • 1 cup Rice Krispies
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup sugar free maple syrup
  • 50g dark chocolate
  • 1 tbsp chocolate protein powder (can omit)
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • Raspberry jam

Method:

  1. In a large bowl combine Rice Krispies, peanut butter and maple syrup
  2. Divide the mix into cookie size and spread over a tray, push the middle a bit lower so there is space for the toppings
  3. Melt the chocolate and coconut oil and add the protein powder, mix well
  4. Add a tea spoon of raspberry jam to each cookie and drizzle some melted chocolate on top, leave to set in the fridge for at least an hour and enjoy!
