✅ Easy to make
Here are the ingredients you will need:
- 250g flour
- 3g dry yeast
- 1 tsp salt
- 230 ml lukewarm water
- 2tbsp olive oil
Toppings:
- Green pesto
- Red Piquante peppers
- Mozzarella cheese
Method:
- Mix the flour, yeast and salt
- Add the water and olive oil, mix with a spatula, cover and rest for 30minutes
- After 30 minutes fold the dough inwards wetting your fingers so the dough does not stick
- Cover and rest for 45 minutes
- Grease a baking tin and spatula, pour the dough in the tin, fold the dough twice and stretch the dough so it fits the tin
- Cover and rest for 45 minutes
- Preheat your oven to 220c
- After resting, wet your fingers and gently dinple the dough
- Add the peppers and green pesto and bake for 15 minutes
- Remove from oven, add the cheese and bake for around 10 more minutes
- Let cool and enjoy!
