24 Healthy Halloween Snacks and Treats (Easy, Kid Friendly and Spooky)

24 healthy Halloween snacks: mummy muffins, pumpkin pancakes and BBQ rice paper chips

Halloween usually means one thing: a giant bowl of sweets by the door and a sugar crash by 9pm. I still love a spooky spread, I just want the food on it to be something I’d happily eat on a normal Tuesday too. So here are my favourite healthy halloween snacks and treats, the ones that look the part, taste like a proper treat, and won’t leave anyone bouncing off the walls.

Everything here is a recipe from the blog that I’ve made more times than I can count. There are sweet ones, savoury ones, pumpkin everything, and a few easy healthy halloween snacks that kids can help make, which is half the fun. Use it as a menu for a party, a list of healthy halloween school snacks, or just inspiration for the week.

What are healthy Halloween snacks?

Healthy halloween treats are snacks that still feel festive but lean on whole foods, things like pumpkin, apples, yogurt, oats and nuts, with less added sugar than shop bought sweets. Think pumpkin pie muffins in a crispy rice paper shell, apple chips with a cheesecake dip, or crunchy air fryer chips for the savoury crowd. They can still be fun and a little bit spooky, they just give you some protein and fibre along with the treat.
