Feta Egg Croissant

✅ Easy to make  ✅ High Protein

You asked for more breakfast recipes and I have listened! While I usually go for sweet breakfast some days what I fancy is savoury and this cheesy egg croissant was so good!

I combined the viral feta egg idea with a buttery croissant, it is a super easy yet delicious recipe which can be made in no time.

Here are the ingredients you will need:

  • Crumbled feta, you can use as much as you like
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 croissant

Method:

  1. Over a medium heated non stick skillet add the crumbled feta, whisk the eggs and add on top, season to taste
  2. Slice your croissant and when the egg mixture is starting to cook add the open croissant on top, cover with a lid for a couple of minutes
  3. Flip everything together so the croissant is now on top of the skillet, fold the cheese egg inwards so it is sandwiched in the croissant
  4. Once the croissant is toasted serve and enjoy!
