Tuna Croquettes

✅ High Protein ✅ Easy to make

Here are the ingredients you will need:

  • 110 grams tuna
  • 1tbsp chopped Cucumber
  • 1 tbsp chopped Onion
  • 1 egg
  • 1tbsp Mozarella cheese
  • Panko breadcrumbs to coat

Instructions:

1.Add all ingredients except the breadcrumbs to a food processor
2. Form around 4 croquettes then coat in breadcrumbs
3. Place in an air fryer and spray some low calorie oil
4. Air fry at 180c for 12 minutes or until golden crispy
