So happy to bring you some of the breads I few up eating, these are actually eaten in a lot of South American countries but called slightly different, what they all have in common is that they are delicious.
Pan de yuca is a tapioca flour bread with lots of cheese, crispy on the outside but chewy in the middle, absolutely delicious
Here are the ingredients you will need:
100g tapioca flour
100g mozzarella cheese
1 egg
Salt
Dash of milk
Method:
Mix the flour, salt, cheese and egg first, if the mix is too dry add a little milk careful not too make it too runny, let the dough rest for around 30 minutes
Grease a baking tray, I used a muffin one to make sure they kept their shape but it is not necessary
Bake at 180c for 15 mins, these are better enjoyed whilst warm
