I am a big biscoff lover and these rolls were perfect! They are quick, easy to make and so delicious.
This yeast dough is very simple to make so if you are a beginner baker like me you should still be able to make these a success.
Here are the ingredients you will need::
5g instant yeast
200ml lukewarm milk (I used semi skimmed)
60g melted light butter
30g sweetener
260g strong bread flour
Filling
Biscoff spread
Glaze, mix sugar free syrup mixed with water
Method:
Add yeast and milk to a bowl and mix, add rest of dough ingredients, mix well with a spoon until the dough looks stretchy, rest for 50 mins
Punch dough and roll to form a rectangle of around 5mm thickness, spread the biscoff
Fold one end to the dough to 2/3 of the length and do the same with the other end, cut into around 2cm strips (check the video to see how to fold each one into the rolls)
Add to a baking tray and rest for further 45 minutes
