Here are the ingredients you will need (Makes 8):
300g self rising flour
3g yeast
1 tsp salt
200ml warm water
Filling:
Tomato puree
Pepperoni or chorizo
Low fat cheese
Instructions:
- Mix the flour, yeast and salt. Add the water and mix
- Knead the dough until soft and bouncy
- Cover and leave to rest in a warm dry place for around 3 hours
- Once the dough has risen, divide into 8 portions
- Using a rolling pin. flatten the dough, add some tomato purée, salami and cheese, fold the edges inwards to seal
- Air fry them at 180c for 20-25 minutes or bake at 180c for 25-30 minutes
- Brush some olive oil mixed with garlic and herbs and enjoy!
