Fish Fingers Waffle

I was so sceptical about cooking these from frozen, I thought surely the waffle maker won’t cook them throughly… well I was very wrong, these were so crispy and soft inside, steaming hot and just delicious.

I am not the biggest fan of fish fingers bur having them this way was so fun! I topped them with a kimchi mayo who elevated this to the next level.

Here are the ingredients you will need:

• 4 Fish fingerws
• 2 tbsp mayonnaise
• 1 tbsp kimchi

Method:

1. Cook the fish fingers in a pre heated waffle maker until golden brown
2. Mix the mayonnaise and kimchi, serve the waffle and top with the mayonnaise, enjoy!
