I love quick snacks and after my raspberry chia bites went viral I wanted to try a different version incorporating the St Dalfour blackberry spread, this is the perfect seasonal snack which you will have on repeat!
Here are the ingredients you will need:
1/2 cup blackberries
2 tbsp blackberry spread from St Dalfour
1 cup cottage cheese
1 tsp chia seeds
50g dark chocolate (at least 70% cocoa)
1 tsp coconut oil
Method:
Mash the blackberries, add chia seeds, cottage cheese, fruit spread and mix
Spread the mix over a non stick surface and make into around 6 circles, freeze for around 30 minutes
Melt the chocolate and coconut oil, dip the blackberry clusters into the chocolate and they are ready!
