1. Whisk the egg wash
In a shallow bowl, whisk together the egg and milk until smooth.

Seal tightly so the cheese doesn’t escape.
Step 5: Air fry to perfection
Place the pockets in your air fryer basket at 170°C (340°F).
Cook for 12–16 minutes, until golden and crisp.
