My Philosophy

I know what it feels like when something shifts in your body and you don’t quite know how to respond.

In my 20s, after years of never thinking twice about food, my energy, mood, and weight all started to change. I’ve been overweight and I’ve been underweight, so I know first hand how both extremes affect not just how you look, but how you feel, how you show up, and how you see yourself. Then a health scare pushed me even deeper into understanding how powerful nutrition really is, not just for how we look, but for how we feel, recover, and thrive every single day.

That experience completely changed my relationship with food and it lit a fire in me to learn everything I could. I went on to qualify as a certified Nutrition Coach through the Royal Society for Public Health (RSPH), so that the support I offer you is not just built on personal experience, but on solid, evidence-based knowledge too.

That combination, lived experience and professional training is what drives everything I do as a coach.

I’m not here to give you a perfect plan that falls apart the moment real life gets in the way. I’m here to help you find a way of eating that works for your life, your busy days, your family meals, your social occasions and actually makes you feel good.
