For the doughnuts:
  •  50g apple, chopped
  • 1 egg • 40g oat flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • Sweetener to taste (optional)

Method
1. Blend the Apple and Egg: 
Start by adding the apple and egg to a mixing bowl. Blend until smooth, creating a thick, liquid consistency. This will ensure the apple flavour is infused throughout every bite!

3. Cook the Doughnuts:
 Pour the batter evenly into a doughnut tray. Place in the microwave and cook in short intervals of 30 seconds, checking after each to avoid overcooking. It should take around 2-3 minutes, depending on your microwave’s strength. The doughnuts should feel springy to the touch when done.
4. Cool and Add Chocolate Topping:
