Cassava Waffle

✅ Easy to make  ✅ High Protein

For those new to cassava it is also called Yuca and it is a root vegetable from which flour can me made, it is widely used in South America to make breads and in Asia to make boba.

This waffle was inspired by my Colombian bread series where I made Pan de Yuca, this waffle version is super easy to make, with lots of cheese and super tasty!

Here are the ingredients you will need:

  • 2/3 cup tapioca flour
  • 1/2 cup high protein yoghurt
  • Salt
  • Cheese

Method:

  1. In a bowl mix all your ingredients
  2. Add to a pre heated waffle maker and cook until golden brown
  3. Serve and enjoy! I topped this one with a fried egg and some spring onion
