✅ High Protein ✅ Easy to make
Every time I get beetroot I try to find new ways to cook with them. I wanted to make them crispier and that’s how this idea came up! Crispy patties filled with some melty cheese, absolutely delicious.
Here are the ingredients you will need:
- 3 cooked beetroots
- 1 egg
- 1/3 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 tbsp cream cheese
- Garlic granules
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Mozarella cheese
Dip:
- geeek yoghurt
- Tahini
- Grated cucumber
- Garlic
- Salt
Method:
- Add the beetroot to a food processor
- In a bowl mix beetroot, egg, cream cheese, bread crumbs, garlic granules, and cheese. Season to taste
- Form around 6 patties and cook overnight a medium-heat frying pan, cook both sides until crispy
- Serve with your dip and enjoy!
