Monday–Friday Support: Got a question? Need a bit of motivation? Life thrown you a curveball? I’m here. Ongoing support between check-ins via message or voice note so you never feel like you’re figuring it out alone.

Mindset + Habit Coaching: Because results come from consistency, not perfection. We work through emotional eating, all-or-nothing thinking, self-sabotage, motivation struggles, and confidence, this is where real transformation happens.
