Cheesy Plantain Waffle

Cheesy Plantain Waffle

Lunch, Single Serve
✅ Easy to make This was one of your requests for my waffle experiments, I am a big plantain lover and I wanted to test if it would cook just in the waffle maker (rather than pre boiling) and I am happy to say it was a success. If you have never tried plantain I would recommend you do and even though it looks similar to a banana it is not the same. Here are the ingredients you will need: 1 Very ripe plantain  50g mozzarella cheese Method: Mash the plantain until there are no big lumps Mix in the cheese and cook in a waffle maker for around 15-20 minutes Serve and enjoy!
