Easy to make
Since the viral Dubai chocolate bar I have been dreaming with pistachio butter, however it is actually pretty hard to find it in shops. Naturally I decided to make my own and here is this super easy and delicious recipe.
Here are the ingredients you will need:
- 150g pistachios
- 50g white chocolate chips
- 5g coconut oil
- Drizzle of water
Method:
- Roast the pistachios in an oven at 180c for 7-8 minutes, stir half way through
- Add to a blender and blend until they start to become runny, add the white chocolate and blend until well incorporated and there are no lumps
- If the mix is too thick add some water until it achieves a thick but runny consistency
- Enjoy as a spread or straight from the jar!
