Pistachio Butter

 

✅ High Protein   ✅ Easy to make

Since the viral Dubai chocolate bar I have been dreaming with pistachio butter, however it is actually pretty hard to find it in shops. Naturally I decided to make my own and here is this super easy and delicious recipe.

Here are the ingredients you will need:

  • 150g pistachios
  • 50g white chocolate chips
  • 5g coconut oil
  • Drizzle of water

Method: 

  1. Roast the pistachios in an oven at 180c for 7-8 minutes, stir half way through
  2. Add to a blender and blend until they start to become runny, add the white chocolate and blend until well incorporated and there are no lumps
  3. If the mix is too thick add some water until it achieves a thick but runny consistency
  4. Enjoy as a spread or straight from the jar!
