Salted Caramel Pretzel Baked Oats

✅ High Protein ✅ Easy to make

Here are the ingredients you will need:

  • 4 tbsp oats
  • 1 tbsp vanilla protein
  • 1/3 tbsp milled seeds (chia, sunflower, flax)
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • Dash of milk
  • 1/2 chopped salted caramel protein bar

 Instructions:

  1. Mix all the ingredients until well combined
  2.  Add the mix to an oven proof ramekin
  3.  Bake at 180c for 16 minutes
  4. . Remove from oven and let cool slightly
  5.  Top with more bar pieces and some almond caramel butter.
