Here are the ingredients you will need:
- 1 mission wrap original
- 50g dark chocolate
- 200ml cream
- Chilli flakes
Instructions:
- Using a cookie cutter, cut around 4x10cm circles of wrap, place the tortilla circles in a muffin trap pressing to the bottom so they form a cup shape
- Bake them at 160c for 10 minutes
- In the meantime melt 50g dark chocolate, sprinkle some chilli flakes and mix
- Add 1/3 of the cream mixing every time to stop it from hardening too soon
- Once the cups are baked filled them with some of the chocolate ganache, top with a raspberry and chocolate shavings
