✅ Easy to make
This is a super simple yet delicious recipe which is packed with fibre and it uses ingredients which you probably already have in your cupboard.
Here are the ingredients you will need:
- 1 wrap
- 100ml milk
- 1 egg
- 1tbsp sweetener
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1/2tsp vanilla extract
- 1 Apple chopped
Method:
- Combine the milk, egg, sweetener, cornstarch and vanilla extract
- Microwave in 30 second intervals until it thickens
- Arrange a wrap over a baking tin, add the chopped apples and top with the custard.
- Air fry at 170c for 10mins, enjoy!
