Chia puddings are a great way to include more fibre to your diet and keep your gut healthy, this version is sugar free but very delicious.
Here are the ingredients you will need:
- 1 kiwi
- 200ml plant milk
- 1 tbsp erythritol
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
For the shell
- 15g sugar free dark chocolate
- 1 tsp coconut oil
- 3 drops chocolate stevia liquid
Method:
- To a blender add kiwi, plant milk and erythritol
- Add the liquid to an air tight container followed by the chia seeds, leave on the fridge for at least an hour
- Melted the chocolate with coconut oil and stevia
- Serve the chia pudding and top with the melted chocolate. Enjoy!
