Chocolate Easter Bars

✅ Easy to make  ✅ High Protein

These bars are a cross between a mousse and a brownie, super moist and chocolatey, a great sweet snack this Easter!

Made with no flour and a few other simple ingredients these take no time to make and are super tasty.

Here are the ingredients you will need:

  • 100g cocoa pops
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 scoop (25g)  chocolate protein powder
  • 200ml milk
  • 2 tbsp sugar free maple syrup
  • Mini eggs

Method:

  1. Blitz the cocoa pops until they resemble a fine four
  2. Whisk the eggs and add the rest of the ingredients (apart from the mini eggs)
  3. Chop half of the mini eggs and add to the batter, add the mix to a small loaf tin, top with the rest of the mini eggs
  4. Air fry 170c for 16 mins, let cool and put in the fridge for a couple of hours, enjoy!
