✅ Easy to make ✅ High Protein
These bars are a cross between a mousse and a brownie, super moist and chocolatey, a great sweet snack this Easter!
Made with no flour and a few other simple ingredients these take no time to make and are super tasty.
Here are the ingredients you will need:
- 100g cocoa pops
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1 scoop (25g) chocolate protein powder
- 200ml milk
- 2 tbsp sugar free maple syrup
- Mini eggs
Method:
- Blitz the cocoa pops until they resemble a fine four
- Whisk the eggs and add the rest of the ingredients (apart from the mini eggs)
- Chop half of the mini eggs and add to the batter, add the mix to a small loaf tin, top with the rest of the mini eggs
- Air fry 170c for 16 mins, let cool and put in the fridge for a couple of hours, enjoy!
