Cheesy Potato Rolls

These potato rolls are an elevated version of the patties that have been all over social media! With layers of cheese and potato, every bite will leave you wanting more!

Of course you can add different kind of cheese for the filling or skip it, but I suggest you use mozzarella cheese because stretchy cheese is always the best

Here are the ingredients you will need:

  • 400g potato
  • 75g tapioca flour
  • 1 tsp garlic granules
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Mozzarella cheese for the filling

Method:

  1. Peel and chop the potatoes and cut until soft
  2. Add the potatoes a to a bowl and mix in flour, garlic granules and seasoning
  3. Mash all the ingredients together until well incorporated, if t he mix is too dry add a little bit of milk
  4. Roll the dough and flatten with a rolling pin
  5. Add the mozzarella and starting from the shorter end, roll tightly
  6. Cut into around 8 portions and cook both sides over a medium heat frying pan. Enjoy!
