Tiramisu Pastries
I absolutely love tiramisu and although this is not a traditional recipe it has all the flavours you would expect from tiramisu. The flaky pastry is washed in a coffee syrup, the filling is smooth and creamy with hints of vanilla and to top some cocoa sprinkles. I don’t know about you but I can’t resist a pastry, so much so that I ate these within 15 minutes after baking them. Hope you enjoy them as much as I did!
