
Cinnamon Roll Cereal
✅ High Protein ✅ Easy to make Here are the ingredients you will need: 1 tbsp light butter Coconut sugar Cinnamon 1 protein wrap Instructions: In a bowl mix the butter, coconut sugar and cinnamon Spread the mix over the wrap and roll very tightly Cut in pieces of around 1/2 cm, place in an air fryer and air fry at 160c for 6 mins or bake at 180c for 6-8mins Cover them in some erythritol or caster sugar if you like Serve with milk, yoghurt or on its own, enjoy!
