Salted Caramel Pretzel Baked Oats

✅ High Protein ✅ Easy to make Here are the ingredients you will need: 4 tbsp oats 1 tbsp vanilla protein 1/3 tbsp milled seeds (chia, sunflower, flax) 1/2 tsp baking powder Dash of milk 1/2 chopped salted caramel protein bar  Instructions: Mix all the ingredients until well combined  Add the mix to an oven proof ramekin  Bake at 180c for 16 minutes .
