✅ Easy to make
Nothing gets me out of bed easier than a freshly baked pastry for breakfast. I love the flakiness and when combined with soft cheese and fruit it is something magical.
Here are the ingredients you will need:
- Ready rolled puff pastry
- Mascarpone cheese (check my recipe)
- Blueberries
Method:
- Cut your puff pastry into approximately 10cm squares, using a small knife make some cuts in the corners around 1/2 cm from the edge
- Food each corner to the middle pressing so it stays, add some mascarpone cheese in the middle and top with a blueberry
- I glazed the pastries with a simple syrup and milk mix but you could also use egg wash
- Bake at 180c for around 15 minutes or until golden brown. Enjoy!
