✅ Easy to make
I am a big biscoff lover and these rolls were perfect! They are quick, easy to make and so delicious.
This yeast dough is very simple to make so if you are a beginner baker like me you should still be able to make these a success.
Here are the ingredients you will need::
- 5g instant yeast
- 200ml lukewarm milk (I used semi skimmed)
- 60g melted light butter
- 30g sweetener
- 260g strong bread flour
Filling
- Biscoff spread
- Glaze, mix sugar free syrup mixed with water
Method:
- Add yeast and milk to a bowl and mix, add rest of dough ingredients, mix well with a spoon until the dough looks stretchy, rest for 50 mins
- Punch dough and roll to form a rectangle of around 5mm thickness, spread the biscoff
- Fold one end to the dough to 2/3 of the length and do the same with the other end, cut into around 2cm strips (check the video to see how to fold each one into the rolls)
- Add to a baking tray and rest for further 45 minutes
- Bake at 180c for 20-25 minutes. Enjoy!
