Waffle pops are one of my go to breakfasts and that’s because they are absolutely delicious and so fun to make! You only need a handful of ingredients to elevate your breakfast to the next level!
I have used a pancake mix but if you don’t have access to one please try any of my pancake recipes for an alternative (you can search pancake at the top of this page to see all options).
You will need a waffle maker for these but if you don’t have one why not try a sandwich maker or a press grill! All I would say is that waffle makers are quite inexpensive and you would use them a lot if you follow my recipes.
Here are the ingredients you will need:
- 1 banana
- 2 scoops of protein pancake mix from Protein Works, code ALEXARCIAB will give you a nice discount
Method:
- Mix the pancake mix with water as per instructions
- Cut the banana in 4 and insert a wooden stick lengthwise,
- Dip it the banana in the pancake batter and cook in a waffle maker until golden brown
- Serve with some peanut butter or whatever you prefer
- Enjoy!
