Here are the ingredients you will need:
1 apple
2 scoops protein pancake mix
Instructions:
- Mix the protein mix with water as per instructions.
- Slice the apple with the end of a knife make a small cut and insert a wooden stick lengthwise, dip the banana in the batter
- Cook in a waffle maker until golden brown
- Serve with some caramel sauce or whatever you prefer
