✅ Easy to make ✅ High Protein
If you love tiramisu and pancakes I would highly recommend trying this recipe, instead of making a few smaller pancakes I just went for a big one which almost felt like a cake, it was very delicious and will make the start of your day amazing!
Here are the ingredients you will need:
- 1/2 cup self raising flour
- 1 egg white
- 1 banana
- 1 scoop vanilla protein (optional)
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 100ml strong black coffee
Topping:
- 2 tbsp mascarpone cheese
- 1 tsp powdered erythritol
Method:
- Blend all the ingredients together until well combined
- Cook over a medium heat skillet, once the top starts bubbling flip the pancake, cook the other side until golden brown
- Mix the mascarpone and powdered erythritol and smooth over the pancake, dust some cocoa powder and enjoy!
