Chocolate Orange Pancake

✅ Easy to make  ✅ High Protein

I know chocolate orange is a flavour which divides the crowd but I am a lover so here is this version made into a giant pancake because it requires let’s flipping and honestly it is absolutely delicious!

Here are the ingredients you will need:

  • 1/2 cup self raising flour
  • 1 egg white
  • 1 banana
  • 1 scoop chocolate protein (optional)
  • 1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 100ml almond milk
  • Orange slices to top

Method:

  1. Blend all the ingredients together until well combined
  2. Heat a frying pan and add some coconut oil, once it is hot add the orange slices and pour the pancake mix over them
  3. Flip the pancake carefully, once both sides are cooked served with some chocolate sauce. Enjoy!
