I know chocolate orange is a flavour which divides the crowd but I am a lover so here is this version made into a giant pancake because it requires let’s flipping and honestly it is absolutely delicious!
Here are the ingredients you will need:
- 1/2 cup self raising flour
- 1 egg white
- 1 banana
- 1 scoop chocolate protein (optional)
- 1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 100ml almond milk
- Orange slices to top
Method:
- Blend all the ingredients together until well combined
- Heat a frying pan and add some coconut oil, once it is hot add the orange slices and pour the pancake mix over them
- Flip the pancake carefully, once both sides are cooked served with some chocolate sauce. Enjoy!
