Custard Apple Pie

✅ Easy to make

This is a super simple yet delicious recipe which is packed with fibre and it uses ingredients which you probably already have in your cupboard.

Here are the ingredients you will need:

  • 1 wrap
  • 100ml milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1tbsp sweetener
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1/2tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 Apple chopped

Method:

  1. Combine the milk, egg, sweetener, cornstarch and vanilla extract
  2. Microwave in 30 second intervals until it thickens
  3. Arrange a wrap over a baking tin, add the chopped apples and top with the custard.
  4. Air fry at 170c for 10mins, enjoy!
