  My Story

I used to be one of those people who never put on weight, so I never really thought twice about what I was eating or how I was fuelling my body.

But everything changed in my 20s. I started gaining weight and noticed my energy, mood, and overall wellbeing shifting. That’s when I began eating more mindfully and paying attention to how food made me feel, not just how it made me look.

A major turning point came when I experienced SSHL (Sudden Sensorineural Hearing Loss), a condition that shook me, but also sparked a deeper interest in the healing power of nutrition. I started researching how food could support recovery, boost immunity, and help me live not just longer, but better.

That’s when my passion truly began. What started as a personal journey turned into a mission: to share what I’ve learned and help others find balance, joy, and creativity in healthy living.
