High Protein
Air fryers are so versatile that I don’t use my oven that often, I made this super easy cheesecake with only 5 ingredients and topped it with a generous amount of biscoff.
Here are the ingredients you will need:
- 1 egg
- 1 1/2 tbsp yogurt
- 1 tbsp cream cheese
- 1 tbsp erythritol
- 1/4 tsp vanilla paste
- Biscoff to top
Method:
- Mix all the base ingredients making sure all is well incorporated
- Add the mix to a ramekin and air fry at 170c for 16 mins
- Let cool and leave in the fridge for at least an hour
- Drizzle with some biscoff and enjoy
