Easy to make
Raspberry and chocolate is one of my all time favourite combos and using these two for snacks has become a thing in my page.
This is my latest creation using St Dalfour Raspberry and pomegranate fruit spread, a delicious compliment into your sweet snacks. Puffed quinoa gives these a delicious crunch and of course drizzle of peanut butter.
Here are the ingredients you will need:
- 40g semisweet dark chocolate
- 30g puffed quinoa
- Raspberry and pomegranate fruit spread
- Peanut butter to drizzle
Method:
- in a large bowl add the puffed quinoa, melt the chocolate and add to the quinoa, mix well until the quinoa is coated in the chocolate
- Using an ice tray or your preferred mould add some of the quinoa mix, add some jam in the middle and top with more quinoa
- Leave in the fridge for around an hour so it sets
- Remove from fridge, drizzle peanut butter and enjoy!
