Easy to make
These super easy 3 ingredient marshmallows are going to be your new favourite protein snack! Perfect for the cooler months.
Made with fresh mango for a fruity treat which has no added sugar, as easy as whisking with some gelatine and protein powder to achieve a super light high protein treat.
Here are the ingredients you will need:
- 1 mango chopped
- 1 scoop vanilla protein (20g)
- 1 sachet of gelatin (5g)
- 500ml water
Method:
- Start by blending the mango with water and protein powder
- Over a medium heat deep pan add the mango mix, once it is warm add the gelatine so it dissolves fully
- Remove from the heat and let cool down
- Using an electric whisk, whisk for around 20-30 minutes, it might look like it it going nowhere but trust the process it will eventually tally start looking very silky and thicker. The texture should look as shown in the video
- Sprinkle a 9×9 inch tray with some powdered sugar and add the marshmallow mix
- Let set in the fridge for at least 2 hours, cut and enjoy!
