✅ Easy to make ✅ Lower Sugar
I tried s’mores clusters during my last trip to USA and even though they were delicious I thought I could make a reduced sugar version, and this is how this idea came up.
These are so easy to make and you could include the kids for a fun family snack. These will keep in the fridge for a few days which makes them great for meal prep.
Here are the ingredients you will need::
- 6 sugar free biscuits
- 50g mini marshmallows
- 50g melted dark chocolate
Method:
- Break your biscuits into smaller pieces, add the marshmallows and melted chocolate, mix well
- Divide the mix into 6 clusters and leave in the fridge to set, enjoy!
