  Healthier   Easy to make   High Protein These are the only cookies you’re gonna want to have from now on! My take on a healthier version but keeping them delicious, crispy on the outside and soft and gooey in the middle Here are the ingredients you will need: 50g melted light butter 70g coconut sugar 65g self raising flour 10g vanilla protein powder 1/2 tsp vanilla essence 1/4 cup oats 2 tbsp raisins Method: Mix all the wet ingredients first and then incorporate the dry ones Add the raisins and leave the mix in the fridge for around 30mins On a lined baking tray form 6 balls Bake at 180c for 10 mins, let cool slightly and devour!
