✅ Easy to make  ✅ Lower Sugar I tried s’mores clusters during my last trip to USA and even though they were delicious I thought I could make a reduced sugar version, and this is how this idea came up. These are so easy to make and you could include the kids for a fun family snack. These will keep in the fridge for a few days which makes them great for meal prep. Here are the ingredients you will need:: 6 sugar free biscuits 50g mini marshmallows 50g melted dark chocolate Method: Break your biscuits into smaller pieces, add the marshmallows and melted chocolate, mix well Divide the mix into 6 clusters and leave in the fridge to set, enjoy!   You can see this recipe on instagram:

This yeast dough is very simple to make so if you are a beginner baker like me you should still be able to make these a success.
