✅ Easy to make Nothing gets me out of bed easier than a freshly baked pastry for breakfast. I love the flakiness and when combined with soft cheese and fruit it is something magical. Here are the ingredients you will need: Ready rolled puff pastry Mascarpone cheese (check my recipe) Blueberries Method: Cut your puff pastry into approximately 10cm squares, using a small knife make some cuts in the corners around 1/2 cm from the edge Food each corner to the middle pressing so it stays, add some mascarpone cheese in the middle and top with a blueberry I glazed the pastries with a simple syrup and milk mix but you could also use egg wash Bake at 180c for around 15 minutes or until golden brown. ✅ Easy to make  ✅ High Protein I know chocolate orange is a flavour which divides the crowd but I am a lover so here is this version made into a giant pancake because it requires let’s flipping and honestly it is absolutely delicious!
